Never ever forget your parents

* When I’m old, and not myself anymore.
o Please understand me, give me a little more patience.

* When I spill my soup on my shirt, and I forgotten how to tie my shoelaces,
o Please remember how I first taught you to do everything with my hands.

* When I keep repeating and nagging you over and over again,
o Please be patient and listen to me, don’t interrupt me.
o When you’re young, I had to keep repeating thousands hundreds of time to mould you to who you are.

* When I require you to bath me,
o Please don’t find me irritating.
o Do remember how I find all means and methods just to bath you.

* When new technologies and stuff I don’t understand,
o Please don’t laugh at me.
o Think of how I replied to so many of your (Why..)s when you’re young.

* When my legs are tired and unable to walk,
o Please lend me your young strength to hold me.
o Just like how I hold you when you started your first step in life.

* When I suddenly forgot our conversation topic,
o Please give me some time to think.
o Actually to me, the topic is not important, all I want is to have you by my side to listen and I’ll be satisfied.

* When you see me getting older, please don’t be sad.
o Understand me, encourage me, just like how I treated you when you started to learn everything in life.

Difference between hard work & luck

Hard-work is like stairs
and luck is like lift.
Sometimes lift may fail
but stairs will always take you to the top.

The Essence of Courage

What does courage have to do with being a person of good character, with someone who stays true to their principles and their values ?? The answer is EVERYTHING.

You see, being values-driven means two things. Doing what's right, following our conscience, refusing to compromise our principles, despite pressures and temptations to the contrary and...Taking a stand against what's wrong, speaking out, whenever we see others do things that are incorrect or inappropriate. Unquestionably, both of those require guts and fortitude, they require courage.

Courage is following your conscience instead of following the crowd. Refusing to take part in hurtful or disrespectful behaviors. Sacrificing personal gain for the benefit of others. Speaking your mind even though others don't agree.

Taking complete responsibility for your actions and your mistakes. Following the rules and insisting that others do the same. Challenging the status quo in search of better ways. Doing what you know is right, regardless of the risks and potential consequences.

Make us to choose the harder right instead of the easier wrong and never to be content with a half truth when the whole truth can be won. Endow us with the courage that is born of loyalty to all that is noble and worthy, that scorns to compromise with vice and injustice and knows no fear when truth and right are in jeopardy.... That is truly the essence of courage..

It’s not important where u r TODAY

Every King was once a crying baby and every great building was once a map.
It’s not important where u r TODAY, BUT where you will reach TOMORROW is important.

Meaningful Words

1.Sometimes we underestimate the good things we have, chasing after the mirages of false treasures. We often see people letting go of their children, their families, their spouses, their friends, their profession, their knowledge....accumulated over many years. Their good health, the good things in life. Don't throw out so freely, things which were nourished with so much care and effort.

2.Look around, appreciate what you have, your home, your loved ones, friends on whom you can really count, the knowledge you have gained, your good health and all the beautiful things in life, they are truly your most precious treasures. We can no longer shower kindness on those we loved, after their passing....

3.It is useless to want to re-do the work that we may have done negligently. It's best to appreciate and do things well now. Don't let your problems and concerns degenerate into feelings of sadness and anxiety. Provide yourself with the courage needed to be certain of victory in the struggle of life.

4.We are all imperfect. Always praise and value your family, do all you can to make it even better. Always praise and value your co-workers, see what you can do to improve your environment. Instead of isolating yourself, because of weakness or failure, seek to invest in true and constructive friendship in your life. Strengthen your self-esteem in dealing with daily problems.

Aim high in life

Do not make your aim like the garden
because everyone walk on it
But make your aim like
the sky so everyone
wish to touch it.

Words from Bill Gates

Bill Gates gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Some words may be harsh, but he sure hits the nail on the head.

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

To us, we see a beautiful meaning behind all the rules, which is to APPRECIATE. Appreciate whatever you have now and you will find your life more beautiful.

Motivation for the Day

When I woke up in the morning lying in bed, I was asking myself:

What are some of the secrets of success in life?

I found the answer right there, in my very room.

The Fan said... Be cool.
The Roof said... Aim high
The Window said... See the world
The Clock said... Every minute is precious
The Mirror said... Reflect before you act
The Calendar... Be up-to-date
The Door said... Push hard for your goals

Carry a Smile that Never Fades.
Carry a Touch that Never Hurts.

Beautiful and Good Advices

When you are feeling alone like no one cares, read this because it's absolutely true:

Every night, someone thinks about you before they go to sleep.

At least fifteen people in this world love you.

The only reason someone would ever hate you is because they want to be just like you.

There are at least two people in this world that would die for you.

You mean the world to someone.

Someone that you don't even know exists loves you.

When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.

When you think the world has turned its back on you, take a look.

Always remember the compliments you've received.

Forget the rude remarks.

I have learned

I’ve learned that no matter how much i care, some people don’t care…

I’ve learned that no matter how good a friend someone is, they’re going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them…

I’ve learned that it takes years to build up trust, and seconds to destroy it…

I’ve learned that true friendship continues to grow even over the longest distance, some goes for true love…

I’ve learned that it isn’t always enough to be forgiven by others, sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself…

I’ve learned that no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn’t stop for your grief..

I’ve learned that you can do something for an instant that will give you heartache for life…

I’ve learned that you should always leave loved one’s with loving word.. it may be the last time you see them..

I’ve learned that the our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become…

I’ve learned that you shouldn’t compare yourself to the best others can do, but to the best you can do…

I’ve learned that no matter how thin you slice it there’s always two sides…

I’ve learned that it’s not what happens to people that’s important it’s what they do about it…

I’ve learned that it’s taking me a long time to become the person i want to be…

I’ve learned that it’s a lot easier to react than it is to think…

Don't forget to live

live your day

First, I was dying to finish my high school and start college
And then I was dying to finish college and start working
Then I was dying to marry and have children
And then I was dying for my children
to grow old enough
so I could go back to work
But then I was dying to retire
And now I am dying...
And suddenly I realized
I forgot to live

Please don't let this happen to you
Appreciate your current situation
and enjoy each day

... old friend

To make money we lose our health,
and then to restore our health we lose our money...
We live as if we are never going to die,
and we die as if we ever lived...
